Metro Irrigation Vancouver provides irrigation service, repairs, maintenance, upgrades and installation in Burnaby.
Metro Irrigation Vancouver services residential, strata and commercial irrigation systems in Burnaby. We troubleshoot sprinkler and pipe leaks, damaged heads, valves, wiring, controllers, pressure problems and uneven coverage. We start by finding the cause of the problem, then repair or adjust the parts of the system that actually need attention.
Burnaby includes everything from established residential properties to strata and commercial landscapes. Irrigation systems can change over time as gardens mature, lawns are renovated and planting areas are redesigned, so service often involves correcting an existing system rather than simply replacing it.
Spring start-ups include system testing, checking zones and sprinklers, controller programming and seasonal adjustments. Winterization and seasonal shut-down help protect irrigation components when the watering season ends. Routine testing is also a useful way to catch leaks, damaged heads and coverage problems before they become larger issues.
An existing irrigation system does not always need to be replaced to work better. Depending on the property, improvements can include controller programming, WiFi or smart controller upgrades, rain sensors, drip irrigation, sprinkler changes and adjustments that improve coverage and reduce unnecessary watering.

We also design and install new irrigation systems, additions and system expansions. A new system can combine lawn sprinklers, drip irrigation and appropriate controls based on the landscape, plant material and watering requirements of the property.
