Repairs & Troubleshooting
When an irrigation system is not working properly, finding the actual cause matters. We troubleshoot sprinklers, leaks, valves, wiring, controllers, pressure and coverage problems before deciding what needs to be repaired or replaced.
That can mean tracing a wiring fault, locating a leaking line, checking why a valve will not operate, or determining why part of a lawn or planting area is not receiving enough water. Spray patterns, nozzles and zone operation can also be adjusted to improve coverage and reduce unnecessary watering.
Our approach is to diagnose the system first rather than automatically replacing components that may still be serviceable.
Spring Start-Ups
A proper spring start-up is more than simply turning the water back on. We bring the system online carefully, inspect its operation and make seasonal adjustments before regular watering begins.
That includes checking for leaks and damaged components, testing every zone, adjusting sprinklers and setting the controller for the landscape and time of year. Problems found during start-up can then be dealt with before they become larger watering or property issues during the season.
Winterization
Seasonal shut-down helps protect irrigation components from freeze damage. We winterize systems by shutting down the irrigation supply and removing water from the system where appropriate.
Winter service also gives us an opportunity to note repairs or adjustments that should be addressed before the next watering season. In the spring, the system can then be brought back online with those known issues in mind.
Water-Saving Upgrades
An existing irrigation system can often be improved without replacing everything. Better scheduling, controller upgrades, drip irrigation and changes to sprinkler coverage can make watering more precise and easier to manage.
We can assess the existing system and recommend practical improvements based on the landscape and how the property is actually being watered. The goal is not to add technology for its own sake, but to make the system easier to control and better matched to lawns, planting beds and changing seasonal conditions.
Explore Smart Irrigation →New Irrigation Installations
We design and install irrigation systems around the property, landscape, plant material and watering requirements. Systems can combine sprinklers, drip irrigation and modern controller options for efficient, maintainable operation.
Residential, strata and commercial installation inquiries are welcome, including smaller projects, additions and expansions to existing systems.
New systems are planned with practical zoning, coverage and future maintenance in mind. Lawn sprinklers and drip irrigation can be combined so different areas of the landscape receive water in a way that suits their actual needs.
